Hi all, thought I would update my
website! Thats me and my Girlfriend from the USA in the photo.
I will be moving to the USA in the new year 2008. Anyway I am
from the U.K. into Sci-Fi stuff, V.R. and music. The Fifties and
Sixties in my opinion was the best era for music. We had Elvis
the Beetles Pink Floyd to name but a few. Today's music is
mostly made electronically, using digital samples taken from
older music tracks. I don't think any of the music today has
any soul or feeling put into it. That's my opinion anyway.
Oh I nearly forgot! I have loads of photos on Flickr now.
There's a link Below!!
I went to see Neil Innes from films like "Life of Brian"
& "The Holly Grail". He is a very funny & silly
man. I think he is only allowed out at weekends?
I used to have a home in Cybertown , this is a
full 3D V.R. environment, with members from all over the world.
You can get a house buy objects, sell them, have your own virtual
pet. Nearly all the things you can do in real life, you can do in
Cybertown. You will have to go there to see it for yourself,
there's a nice link below. There is a 30 day FREE trial (No
credit card details needed) so you can see what you think. If you
like it you will have to pay a small fee to join, but it's
great value for money. That's where I learned some html. I used it
for message boards etc while in CT. Also used a bit in making
this web site.
I have been playing online games over the years. I have also done some beta testing.
Games have become much more realistic now, but also need a high end PC to run them.
To be continued........
I am also involved with the Seti
Institute. S.E.T.I, which means search for extra terrestrial
intelligence.
If you go to their web site you can download a
program, which will enable you to number crunch data from the
Arecibo telescope in Puerto Rico.
You can get a graphical representation of the data you are processing.
